In January 2026, Db Journey, DBP Adventures and Nikolaj Vang brought together a group of passionate skiers and snowboarders for four days of catskiing in North Macedonia. It became a journey defined by big lines, an authentic Balkan atmosphere and a strong sense of community that began among the Snow Rollers at Copenhagen Airport.

Catskiing in North Macedonia: From Snow Rollers in Copenhagen to First Tracks in Popova \u0160apka<\/h2>\n

An army of Db Journey Snow Rollers<\/a> slowly gathers in the check-in queue at Copenhagen Airport. It is a pretty clear indication of what is about to happen.<\/p>\n

\u201cAre you going skiing with DBP too?\u201d someone asks further ahead in the queue.<\/p>\n

And that is how the very first Db Journey x DBP Adventures x Nikolaj Vang trip to North Macedonia begins.<\/p>\n

The Community Begins at the Airport<\/h2>\n

Before the plane has even taken off, we get the first small glimpse of the sense of community that will come to define the entire trip.<\/p>\n

A couple of participants have forgotten to book ski baggage, but the problem is quickly solved. Fortunately, the many spacious Snow Rollers have room for a few extra snowboards.<\/p>\n

LET\u2019S ROLL!<\/strong><\/p>\n

By the time we reach the gate, the participants have become easy to recognise. A quick glance reveals Db Huggers<\/a>, Snow Backpacks and Snow Rollers all heading in the same direction.<\/p>\n

The group is a great mix of solo travellers, friends and families of different ages. Most have never been to North Macedonia before, and for many, it is also their first catskiing experience.<\/p>\n

What they all share is a passion for skiing and a growing sense of excitement about the four days awaiting them in the mountains.<\/p>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t<\/div>\n\t<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n
