In our mountain holiday to Saalbach-Hinterglemm, we have arranged a wide range of activities during the trip. In addition to that, you also get the area’s so-called “Joker Card”, which gives you access to a sea of fun activities, where you can e.g. can go rafting, climbing, play mini golf, get guided hikes, free access to tennis courts and not least free access with the mountain courses/lifts and much, much more.
We will accommodate you at our super cozy Hotel Pinzgauerhof, where the Danish hotel host Mark and our guide will take good care of you. Besides being perhaps the nicest hotel host, Mark also loves being in the mountains himself and spends most of his free time doing different things. mountain activities. The hotel is decorated in true Saalbach style and is really cozy. The hotel host is Danish and his name is Mark and he will take good care of you. In addition to being perhaps the friendliest hotel host, Mark is also keen on all the activities that can be carried out in the mountains and therefore knows the Saalbach area like the back of his hand. So finally ask him for advice, he loves to help.
The hotel is right by the lifts and has an outdoor bar and pump track. The ideal place to enjoy lunch or just relax in the afternoon after a good day in the mountains, while the kids can burn off the last bit of energy on the pump track.
Saturday – Arrival Day:
- Arrival in Saalbach-Hinterglemm.
- Accommodation at the cozy Hotel Pinzgauerhof, as well as delivery of the “Joker Card”, where the Danish hotel host Mark and our guide welcomes you.
- The rest of the day is on your own, where you can use your “Joker Card” for a fun activity, or relax at the hotel – it’s up to you.
*Joker Card is included in the price, which i.a. provides free access to buses, lifts and the water park in Saalbach-Hinterglemm.
As a starting point, we have arranged two different activities per day. Some days one must choose between them, other days one can manage both activities. – All activities are included in the price. (The rental of MTB & E-MTB is not included in the price)
Sunday – Family rafting/MTB downhill:
1: Breakfast at the hotel.
2: Let the adventure adventure begin! It will be possible to choose the following activities:
Family rafting
Wearing a wetsuit and helmet, we rush down the river Salzach, where a 12 km long route in the rushing water awaits us. There is room for 8 people in each rubber boat + professional instructor. The trip takes approx. 4.5 hours in total, of which 1.5 hours in the water. To participate, it is a requirement that you can swim, and children must be at least 130 cm tall and 7 years old.
MTB in the mountains with a Danish guide
Most people think that the most fun part of mountain biking is going downhill. This activity focuses only on this. Mark takes you on a 2-hour guided tour, where you get a lot of wind on your cheeks and adrenaline in your body. (MTB rental not included in the price)
Monday – E-bike tour (Wetterkreuz tour)/Käpt’n Hook water park
1: Breakfast at the hotel.
2: Another day and the adventure is just outside the door. The following activities will be available:
E-bike tour
Saalbach-Hinterglemm, is i.a. Known as one of the best cycling destinations in the Alps, you will experience challenges and routes to suit the whole family. On this trip we ride E-mountain bikes, so we get around the many trails easily and elegantly. In order to participate, it is a requirement that you can cycle safely. Children must be at least 130 cm tall and 7 years old to participate. (E-MTB rental not included in the price)
Käpt’n Hook adventure pool
Here there is free play for those who love water. Various slides, climbing nets and a spa pad are available for free use, as long as the energi levels are sufficient.
Tuesday – Kodok Mountain expedition/Minigolf tournament

2: What are you most interested in? Kodok mountain expedition, a classic mini golf tournament or maybe both?
Kodok mountain
An expedition for the whole family, where we combine hiking with adventure. On this journey, you have to go through 10 different puzzles/activities, which give you the opportunity to win great prizes if you do well. The expedition takes 3 hours.
Mini golf tournament
This activity does not require much introduction. You can never go wrong in the city with a classic miniature golf tournament.
Wednesday – resting day
1: Breakfast at the hotel.
2: The day is too free for everyone. You can, among other things, “hunt for altitude meters” on some of the many hiking trails or try some of the activities on your Joker Card. Relaxation at the hotel and also an alternative, if you just want to relax.
3: Departure day for those who are there ½ week.
Thursday – Hiking/MTB downhill
1: Breakfast at the hotel.
2: Today there is both the opportunity to chase altitude meters, as we are going on a hiking tour, and you can also take another MTB tour.
Hike
The tour is free and for everyone. We will hike, enjoy nature and get some sweat on our foreheads. We take to the heights to get the best possible view from the top of the Austrian Alps.

Friday – Montelino’s adventure trail/ Common dinner out in the city
Breakfast at the hotel.
Today there is an opportunity to go for a walk, on the 3 kilometer long adventure trail. In the evening, those of us who feel like it can go out and eat in town. This dinner is at your own expense…
Montelino’s Adventure Trail
The journey is approximately 3 kilometers long and takes an hour and a half. During the trip, various tasks must be solved, and you can win great prizes.
Shared dinner out in town
This is a joint social event where we go out and have a joint dinner in town, for those who want. Here you can have fun and tell good stories from the week. Dinner is at your own expense.
