Book nowWe’ve found a surf paradise! Our surf camp in the Algarve is a cozy, comfortable, and relaxed place with a pool, ocean views, and a great atmosphere. The camp is located on top of a small hill overlooking the sea and the beautiful surroundings, close to Monte Clérigo and Amoreira – two of the area’s most loved surf beaches.
Here, you’ll have the perfect base for relaxation: several terraces, a green garden, a pool, a bar, and plenty of small spots where you can unwind, read a book, or hang out with fellow guests.
You’ll stay right between nature and the surf scene, and only a short drive from the surf mecca of Arrifana and the charming coastal town of Aljezur.
It’s an ideal place for anyone who wants to surf, learn something new, or simply enjoy Portugal’s warmth, views, and relaxed vibe – whether you’re travelling solo, as a couple, with friends, or as a family.

MORNING & LATE MORNING
Start the day with a delicious breakfast buffet.
After breakfast, the day’s surf lesson begins – typically a 1.5-hour session focusing on technique, safety, and plenty of time in the water.
AFTERNOON
After surfing, you can, for example:
- relax by the pool
- Head to Monte Clérigo or Amoreira
- Explore the town of Aljezur
- Read a book in the garden
- Enjoy a cold refreshment at the bar
- Rent a surfboard and surf some more
There’s also the option to add activities such as SUP, a day trip to Lagos, or yoga for extra relaxation and well-being.
EVENING
Three evenings a week, a shared dinner is hosted at the camp (available as an add-on on Tuesday, Friday, and Sunday) – one of the week’s coziest highlights. On the other evenings, you’re free to explore nearby restaurants or enjoy the sunset from the terrace.
The surf camp is located in the western Algarve, close to the charming coastal areas of Monte Clérigo and Amoreira, and just a short drive from the popular surf mecca of Arrifana. The area is known for its wide sandy beaches, beautiful nature, and relaxed surf atmosphere, with several of the Algarve’s best surf spots right nearby.
Monte Clérigo and Amoreira are ideal for both beginners and intermediate surfers, while Arrifana offers more powerful conditions on good days. This combination makes the area perfect for guests of different levels – and ideal for a holiday where everyone can find waves that suit them.
In the nearby area, you’ll find small cafés, beach bars, local restaurants, and the charming town of Aljezur, where you can shop for groceries, eat out, or stroll through the cozy streets.
WEATHER IN THE ALGARVE – MARCH TO DECEMBER
The Algarve has one of Europe’s most stable climates, and the surf camp can be visited almost year-round.
- Spring (March–May): 18–24°C during the day, water temperature approx. 17–19°C
- Summer (June–August): 26–30°C, water temperature approx. 19–21°C
- Autumn (September–December): 18–26°C, water temperature approx. 18–20°C

At the surf camp, you’ll stay in bright, spacious, and comfortable rooms with a private bathroom.
All rooms are decorated in a relaxed, modern style and are located close to the pool area, terraces, and garden, making it easy to move between surfing, relaxation, and hanging out with other guests.
Bed linen, towels, and a surf poncho are always included.
The Deluxe rooms are the camp’s most comfortable option, accommodating 4–6 guests. You’ll stay in a bright and spacious room with a private bathroom, a double bed, and bunk beds, as well as plenty of space for both luggage and relaxation. Several of the rooms feature ocean views and/or a private terrace or balcony, where you can enjoy the sunset.
The Standard rooms are similar to the Deluxe rooms in size and comfort, but without a terrace or ocean view, and accommodate 4–5 guests.
You’ll stay in a cozy and functional room with a double bed, bunk beds, a private bathroom, and a large built-in wardrobe offering plenty of storage space.

The Triple room is ideal for small families, three friends or couples. The room features a private bathroom and consists of one double bed plus one single bed, or a double bed that can be separated into two single beds.
