Every day (depending on wind and weather) you pack a boat with boards, snacks and sail out to some of the empty surf spots. Surfing on Zanzibar works for everyone. A surfing lesson lasts about 2.5 – 3 hours depending on where you surf. It is also included with transport, teaching / guiding, snacks and water.
Our surf camp is located on the east side of the island of Zanzibar on Paje Beach which has chalk white beaches, turquoise waters and is a cozy place with many restaurants and cafes with a cool surf and kite surf environment.

Day 1 – Arrival day:
You arrive at the surf camp and get settled in. If you have the energy and desire for it, you can go down to the beach and surf or a take a trip with a SUP.
Day 2-6:
The days start with breakfast at the surf camp, afterwards the boat gets filled with surf boards and we sail out to the best places for both beginners and the more experienced. A surfing lesson lasts 2 1/2 – 3 hours.
In the afternoons and evenings you can have fun at the camp or at some of the many eateries on Paje Beach.
Day 7 – Departure day:
The journey is coming to an end, depending on the departure time, a surfing session may be possible.

Everything was perfectly planned. No problems, everything went smoothly. The hotel had a good location, good breakfast, and very friendly staff. The surfing spot was perfect for beginners, and the instructors were really good.
