Train with us and get ready for the surf vacation

It’s almost time to go on a surfing holiday. But it requires good physical shape if you want to get the most out of your surfing holiday.

We’ve got the cool Peter Dan Willén from The Rehab to share some exercises to get us started at home. Just like us, Peter loves to surf. Some text in the videos is in Danish, but we think you can see how to do the exercises regardless 😉

In the 8 surfing training videos, the focus is on 8 muscle groups: legs, back and chest.

Do 10 repetitions of each exercise every day, or a few times a week. All the exercises help give you good basic physics and prepare you for, among other things, surfing, but also other active experiences.

Peter is both a trained osteopath and physiotherapist and has worked with the body for over 20 years. Peter is the founder of The Rehab, a fitness center in the meat city that always focuses on rehabilitation and strengthening of the whole body. In addition, Peter is a coach for the Danish Olympic skateboarding team. He takes care of their physical training, treatment, diet and mental balance.
