Thanks to its location near the Black Sea, the area is renowned for its consistently high-quality snow. With our skilled and experienced local mountain guides, you’ll explore this vast freeride playground safely and to the fullest.
The terrain here offers a bit of everything, but is mainly wide-open slopes with an average pitch of about 25 degrees.

Day 1 – Arrival day
- You will be picked up from the airport in the evening and driven to Erzurum, where you will have dinner and sleep the first night in a hotel.
Day 2
- You will be picked up at the hotel after breakfast and taken to Konaki Ski Resort or Paladoken Ski Resort where you will have the opportunity to do some freeride skiing.
- In the afternoon there is a transfer to the Kaçkar Mountains. In the evening, the local mountain guides will give a lecture on avalanche safety.
Day 3-6
- 07:30 – 08:30 Breakfast.
- 09:00 – 15:00: On the first day we carry out avalanche and safety training. Then we go out into the area with the help of our Cats (tracked vehicles) and like the other days we explore more than 100 square kilometers of forest, couloirs and, most importantly, open steep slopes with an average gradient of 25 degrees. In bad weather, we have a large, sprawling forest area right next to us. We will spend most of our time driving in the valley between the Yüncüler Pass and the town of Yaylarar, which has many slopes and large open fields.
- 18:30- Delicious dinner.
- 20:30 – Relaxation and review of tomorrow’s program.
Day 7
- Breakfast before the last day of catskiing.
- 07:00-12:00 – last catskiing tours.
- You will be driven back to Erzurum where you will check into a nice hotel in the center of the city.
Enjoy a Turkish Hamam in the evening, followed by a final dinner together.
Day 8 – Departure day
- 08:00 – 09:00 – Big delicious breakfast.
- After breakfast there is a transfer to the airport.

We live in an idyllic mountain cabin at the bottom of the road. The cabin isn’t luxurious, but it has charm and exudes adventure.

On the first and last evening, we stay at a luxury hotel in the city of Erzurum where the flight departs and arrives.
