Smooth transports from valley to mountain top

We use a specially designed “cat” (piste-machine) that takes us up the mountains quickly, safely, and conveniently. You will have the opportunity to relax a little before it is time for your next downhill ride, while you can enjoy the landscape and socialize with all the other guests.

In North Macedonia there is no lift system, but on our trips, you never have to worry about how you, your family or friends will get to the best mountain peaks as we always reach them directly with the help of our cat.

It is only on our ski touring trips in North Macedonia that we switch means of transport between hiking up the mountain peaks on our own, or with our cat.

Focus on the experience and feel safe

No matter which ski trip you choose with us, safety is always our first priority. On all our trips, we go through all safety equipment, talk about any avalanche danger and we demand that everyone bring a backpack with the necessary safety equipment if the accident occurs. Experienced local guides

On our ski trips to North Macedonia, we always have the best local ski guides available. Our guides prepare us for today’s skiing, we go through all the equipment and see what the weather report looks like. All so that we can make the most of our stay in the powder snow and feel safe.

Take your skiing to the next level

In addition to our local guides, we also offer our fantastic and experienced ski instructors who are with us during our development trips, to help and instruct you to the next level.

We have designed several different development trips to North Macedonia with our skilled instructors where one trip focuses on guests “50 plus“, one for “girls only” and finally a joint development trip where we all get the opportunity to travel together.

Our talented instructors are trained through the Danish ski school and have an innumerable number of off-piste seasons in their luggage, with extensive experience of teaching others.

We always recommend that you have a normal physical condition, and it is a requirement that you should manage down all pisted slopes and preferably have tried off-piste slopes before.

Ski touring for extra physical challenges

Together we carry out a different form of off-piste skiing, where the trip up the mountain takes place on foot with special boots / shoes and equipment. In the North Macedonian mountains, the conditions are good and versatile, so most people can join us out in the powder snow.

This trip is an introduction to ski touring, but we recommend that you have some knowledge of off-piste before.

Traditional off-piste

The trip is designed for you who have existing and good experience of off-piste, where we spend all our time on the slopes and focus on a unique off-piste experience beyond the ordinary. Our local guides are always involved when it comes to questions about safety, weather conditions and tips on the area’s best unpaved slopes.

Idyllic environments, relaxation, and new friends

Among other things, we live in a small and charming town along the valley of the beautiful mountain range Shar Planina. Here we stay in a nice North Macedonian hotel with good food, atmosphere, and social presence. Read more about your accommodation during the trip you choose.

There is also a lovely spa area to the hotel, with a masseur who helps us to get sore muscles to relax after a long day up in the mountains.

Off-piste skiing is a bit different from traditional skiing – but you can learn a lot more about all this during our development weeks in North Macedonia, if you in already has experience of off-piste skiing.

As in all snow destinations in the world, we can unfortunately not guarantee perfect snow or powder snow conditions, but fortunately we have our “cat” that allows us to get to the best slopes every day!
