Take your friends or family under your arm and join them on guided tours for all levels, both for XC and freeride. In addition, twice a week you can receive technical training and tips and tricks from our super talented instructors.

If you dare and want a big challenge, you can try “The BIG-5 Challenge” – 5 peaks, 5 views and the pulse at its peak! This challenge is on many mountain bike enthusiasts’ Bucket List. Here you have the opportunity to explore five mountains with 6 gondolas from Saalbach to Leogang, at Zell Am See, 5,000 meters down and fantastic ascents in a very varied terrain.

We have made it a little extra good by choosing a cozy hotel in true Saalbach style. The hotel is close to the lifts and has a wellness center and an indoor pool. Perfect after a good day in the mountains. At the same time, we also want to make it as easy as possible for you and have therefore included all activities in the package tour. Every day you can choose on and off the activities and get exactly the experiences you dream of.

One of the best mountain biking destinations in the Alps

Come along to a completely unique mountain bike area filled with challenging trails and varied terrain. There will be as many as six open lifts during the summer period taking you up into the mountains. Get technical training during the week, try an e-mountain bike or challenge yourself on The BIG-5-Challenge.

Our trip to Saalbach is flexible, so you decide for yourself how long you want to be here. However, we recommend at least 3-4 days, so that you have the opportunity to get around the terrain a bit. And don’t worry, there are plenty of activities and mountain bike trails for more than a week. Our tours include a free Joker Card, which gives you lots of free activities in the area, including free access with the gondola and the lifts up into the mountains. In addition, it is also possible to go rafting, climbing, play mini golf, get guided hikes, free access to tennis courts and not least free access to the mountain railways/lifts so you can get out and explore the mountains on a mountain bike.

If you like e-mountain biking, lessons for beginners and guided e-mountain bike tours are also included. With an e-mountain bike, you have the opportunity to reach far into the terrain without burning all the energy on the climbs.

The trip to Saalbach-Hinterglemm | Austria

The transport to and from Saalbach-Hinterglemm is not included in the price, but luckily the journey there is easy.

Drive yourself:

If you choose to drive yourself, a drive down to Saalbach-Hinterglemm awaits. It is therefore an option to choose a car and then you can also bring your own mountain bikes.

There is free parking in the basement garage under the hotel.

Flight:

If you choose to fly there, there are several options. The most obvious airports to fly to are: Salzburg, Munich or Innsbrück. Often there are cheap tickets to Munich and Salzburg, which also have direct departures. However, it can be a little more difficult with Innsbrück. It is the shortest distance from Salzburg to Saalbach.

Absolutely amazing place and a fantastic hotel. We are a family of 5 with children between the ages of 4 and 11, and none of us had ever ridden mountain bikes before. While some of us were out trying out MTB, the rest of the family could swim in the pool, play on one of the many playgrounds, or engage in one of the other 100 activities that Saalbach offers.

A great experience, we will definitely come back!
